One thing I like to do is go to the gym. I like to do this in the morning first thing when I wake up at 4:30 AM. I like to start with my powerlifting movements, later moving into body building and accessories. As a hybrid athelete, I usually finish every workout with some sort of cardio (running, stairs, sleds, etc.)
Another hobby of mine is spending time with my family. I grew up very closely with my mom and sisters, so I like to take the time to go home and see them. We like to shop, go to their sporting events, watch movies, cook, and talk. Recently we have been going to the mall in Grand Rapids, their basketball games, and watching different crime shows and movies. My sisters are twins, so that always makes everything more interesting!
