Recommendations
Home Page
In order to make the home page easier to navigate I'd recommend Uniqlo to combine the search menu and existing home page.

They could style this vaguely off of the product pages as well (which already include seperate scrolling images and information on the right side).

The different categories (men, women, kids, and baby) already are linked to sepereate search pages as well, so it would translate nicely to having these two seperate sections on the home page.
About Section
In order to make it more obvious where the About page can be found, I'd recommend they add another top menu item.

The page would then open up to look like this.

I would then also emulate the indicators found on the home page so that it's obvious the About page is scrollable.

About Page Articles
Although this page initially looks nice, it has to be scrolled extremely far down because the images are so large. Currently, this is all you can see when the page loads in:

I would shrink the images so that when the page is loaded, you can see more of them without scrolling down so far.

Move Items from Search Menu
Lastly, besides moving the about section to a new tab and out of the search menu, I'd also move the other information from the search tab into seperate tabs at the top. These would function similarly to the above mentioned About tab. There could also be an "Other" tab that contains these smaller menus (Special Collaborations, UT Collections, Inspiration, News, and Stores). This would make the site less confusing and consolidate these products/information somewhere obvious rather than the bottom of the search menu.
