Vitales is an excellent spot for casual or fine dining, with seating available in the bar or dining room. Whichever game is on, you'll be sure to be able to watch it here or for other entertainment there is the option of trivia.

One dish to try is their penne alla vodka, which is a penne pasta tossed with their signature vodka cream sauce, with the option of adding salmon and asparagus or chicken and a spicy tomato sauce. The gnocchi is another great pasta dish, consisting of homemade potato dumplings served in a tomato sauce or a parmesan cream sauce with ham and peas. For entrees, the chicken (or veal) piccata or chicken (or veal) marsala are worth trying. The chicken or veal piccata dish is the meat marinated in lemon juice and olive oil, sauteed and finished in a lemon-caper sauce. The marsala is sauteed with fresh mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce, served with roasted potatoes.
There is also an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet served Monday-Fri from 11:00am- 2:30pm.
If not in the mood to dine in, there is also the option for take out or delivery. While bread with garlic butter before a meal while dining in, a small loaf of delicious garlic bread comes along an entree when ordered for take out or delivery.
