Zeytin is named to be the only Turkish restaurant a person will find in Michigan. It also has a selection of Turkish wine and beers that you will not be able to find elsewhere in Michigan. Located in downtown Ada, it is a hidden gem. The decorative booths with pillows make for a comfortable dining setting. There is usually not a problem being seated right away, and in the summer there is the option of outdoor seating.
Most of the dishes are made from scratch in-house. The homemade hummus, served with pita bread is a must try appetizer. The falafel is another appetizer Zeytin does well, which could also be served as an entree. A popular meal is the shish kabob, which can be made with the choice of lamb, beef, or chicken, which are marinated at least eight hours before serving.
