There are so many ways for you to get involved with Campus Ministries! Learn about our many
groups below:
Alpha
- Who: Anyone who wants to better understand the basics
of the
Christian faith
- What: A 12-week series of meetings with an open and
honest
environment to engage and inspire conversation. There is something for
everyone,
from people who have gone to church their whole lives to people who have
never
heard of Jesus until now
- When: Mondays 7-9:30 pm
- Where: Campus Ministries Gathering Room

Core Devotions
- Who: Any college athlete at Hope College
- What: A midweek devotional with athletes from a variety
of sports and Matt Margaron, Chaplain of Athletics
- When: Wednesdays 7:15 am
- Where: Campus Ministries Living Room

Freshmen Athletes of Faith
- Who: Freshmen student athletes at Hope College
- What: A place where freshmen athletes can meet other
athletes interested in living out and growing in their faith at Hope
College. Led by Ben DeBoer, an athletic alumnus who can relate to the
experience of pursuing faith in the context of sports in college.
- When: Thursdays 9-10:00 pm

Asian Christian Fellowship
- Who: People of Asian descent or interested in Asian
culture and desire to grow in faith
- What: A group hosted by professors Fu-Ying Chuang and
Yew Meng Koh.
- When: Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 am for six weeks
- Where: Campus Ministries Room 201

Creativity and the Creator
- Who: Anyone interested in reflecting on faith and art
- What: A group that will be a space for conversation
around creative practice and Christian faith.
- When: Every other Thursday from 11 am-12 pm

Faith & Spanish
- Who: Anyone interested in practicing speaking Spanish
and interested in growing in faith
- What: A group that will explore faith formation and
speak in Spanish.
- When: Tuesdays at 11 am

Global Student Ministry
- Who: International and global minded students who love
gathering with Christians from around the world
- What: Join us for fun, food and encouraging
conversation.
- When: Sundays, twice monthly, 6 pm

Guys Night
- Who: Men of Hope College
- What: This group will be a brave space to have
authentic conversations and fellowship about what Christian manhood is
all about. We will be reading selections on the life and spirit of
David.
- When: Thursdays 5 pm

Immersion Trips
- Who: Any Hope student interested in broadening their
perspective by serving relationally and manually in a new place
- What: Immersion trips provide an opportunity to leave
the comfort of your hometown and Holland, Michigan and join in the work
God is doing in other cities and countries
- When: Every spring break
- Where: There are many trip locations, both

Small Group Bible Studies
- Who: Any Hope student who is interested in growing
deeper in their faith in community
- What: Bible studies led by current Hope students that
meet once a week and provide an opportunity to grow deeper in Christ and
in friendship
- When: There are various days and times
throughout the week that Bible studies meet. Fill out this
google form to pick a day and time that works for you
- Where: Ask your small group leaders!

The After College Experience
- Who: Hope seniors graduating in the Spring
- What: This group is an opportunity to prepare for
pursuing a life of faith after college. Seniors will meet weekly to have
honest conversations about calling, relationships, money and so much
more.
- When: Fridays 8-9:30 am
- Where: Campus Ministries Living Room
