80% of what we grow is a variety of romaine. It is available from June through October and packaging is available in 24 ct case, 18 ct RPC, bulk as well as top and tail bulk

Green Leaf makes up 7% and Red Leaf makes up 3% of our total product offering are varieties of leaf lettuce available. Packaging choices are a 24 ct case, 18 ct, RPC, and also in bulk.

Iceberg (Head Lettuce) makes up 10% of our product and is available in a 24 ct case, 24 ct Cello case, in bulk, and in clean and core bulk. Iceberg may be wrapped individually upon request for an additional charge.
