Quite simply, Comm Club is a club for anyone in the communication department who wants to build the bridge of inclusivity, opportunity, and collaboration for their peer network, education, and future success.
Comm Club is meant for ALL who are interested in communication. We welcome all students—regardless of grade, GPA, or major—who want to get more involved with the Communication Department and meet other students who are passionate about the field!

Not only does Comm Club work closely with Lamdba Pi Eta, but also the faculty of the Communication Department and other department-based clubs like the Business Club. Comm Club collaborates with others to make their events even bigger while also highlighting communication as an important skill in all fields.

Kali is a Freshman double majoring in communication and political science. She is full of energy and excited to take on the position of President in Comm Club. Kali's main goal is to make Comm Club its own thing rather than a subsidiary of Lambda Pi Eta. She also wants to increase the significance of the club throughout Hope's campus.
Kali is also a part of the Phelps Scholars program, Kappa Beta Phi sorority, and is currently training to be a Residential Assistant.
Haden is a Freshman double majoring in art and communication. He not only wants to get more involved around campus but also more specifically within the Communication Department. He has an extremely creative mind and wants to bring that to Comm Club in hopes of highlighting the various fields a communication major can go into–especially on the creative side!
Haden is a member of the Chi Phi Sigma fraternity.
Jane is a Freshman majoring in communication with a double minor in women & gender studies and leadership. As secretary, Jane wants to aid Comm Club in providing another step for communication majors to reach opportunities. She works closely with the Boerigchter Center and hopes to utilize her skills in public speaking and outreach to help other students.
Jane is the Freshman Representative of Yoga Club, helps tutor with CASA, and is doing the Hawaii May Term this summer!
Pricilla is a Junior and this is her second term as Comm Club Treasurer. She helped with the establishment and development of Comm Club last year and wants to continue strengthening it.
In addition to that, some of Pricilla's main goals going foward are to make the club its own—rather than Lambda Pi Eta's—; make the club more inclusive for students through all grades; and help students navigate where they want to go with their communication majors or minors.
