- Banana Bread
Banana Bread
Ingredients:

2 sticks butter, melted

2 cups sugar

2 eggs
-
2 teaspoons water

2 cups banana, mashed

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups flour
-
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips, (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

In a medium bowl, sift together flour, salt, and baking soda.

In a large bowl, melt the butter. Then, add sugar and mix well. In this mixture, add eggs one at a time. Mix well after adding each egg. Finally, add the vanilla and the bananas. Mix well.

Add the walnuts or chocolate chips to the flour mixture. Fold mixture into butter bowl. All the flour should be moist.

Separate the batter into the loaf pans equally. Bake for 1 hour. The loaves will be done when a toothpick can be inserted and removed without any batter attached to it.
